Due to the fact that the garment made of the woven fabric is easy to deform after washing, it will bring some loss to consumers. In order to prevent this kind of problem, the fabric should be pretreated by the conventional pre shrinking machine to eliminate the shrinkage share of the fabric, so as to improve the handle and appearance of the fabric.

At present, the preshrinking machines used in garment factories generally include the fabric feeding, wetting, preshrinking, drying, cooling and cloth dropping units. When the fabric is transported to the wet box through the cloth rack, the fabric will reach some moisture content through steam humidification. The wet fabric will enter the rubber blanket, that is, the pre shrinking unit. At this time, the fabric will shrink with the shrinkage of the rubber blanket and increase the yarn bending So as to achieve the contraction effect. Finally, the fabric is pre shrunk by rubber blanket, dried and cooled, and then dropped.

We need to understand the causes of fabric shrinkage and the principle of pre shrinking machine on fabric. Of course, in addition to mechanical pre shrinking machine, there is also chemical pre shrinkage, which depends on the fabric fiber.
