Operation precautions of high temperature dyeing machine in printing and dyeing equipment

1、 Preparation of dye solution. When preparing the dye liquor, the dye should be made into paste with a small amount of cold water, and then diluted with room temperature water. Attention should be paid that the temperature of the diluted water should not be too high. If the temperature is higher than 60 ℃, the disperse dyeing quilt will be destroyed and agglomerated. Besides up regulating, the dye can also be modulated by powder spreading method, that is, the dye is slowly sprinkled into cold water under high-speed mixing, and it is not suitable to keep it for a long time after the dye bath is prepared. Agitator should be used to mix slowly to prevent sedimentation.

2、 The choice of dyes is to choose the varieties with good diffusibility and levelness, and the dyes with similar dyeing properties should be selected for color matching.

3、 Reduction cleaning. Reduction cleaning is an important part of removing floating color. After reduction and cleaning, the color is slightly lighter. At the same time, the rubbing fastness and sunlight fastness were improved.

4、 Tar spot is a kind of viscous substance formed in dyeing liquor. The main components are dye dispersant and polyester oligomer. Polyester oligomer is polyester polycondensation, in the high temperature and long time dyeing process, it will seep from the fiber into the dye solution and adhere to the surface of the fiber.
