Three pre shrinking methods of pre shrinking machine

Mechanical shrinkage is to wet the fabric by spraying steam or spray first, then by mechanical extrusion, so that the buckling wave height increases and then loosely dried. 1. Wet shrinkage

Wet preshrinking is also called shrinkage. If the shrinkage exceeds the standard or the quality requirement is high, the garment must be shrunk before cutting. This method is suitable for natural fiber fabrics with high moisture absorption. Woven cotton cloth, linen cloth and chemical fiber blended fabric are directly soaked in water for a certain period of time, then spread out and dry. High grade woolen fabrics are usually not soaked in water when they are wet pre shrunk. Instead, they are pre shrunk by means of water jet ironing or wet cloth ironing.

2. Thermal shrinkage

There are two kinds of heat pre shrinkage methods: direct heating method is to use iron, woolen cloth pre shrinking machine, etc., to directly contact the cloth to heat and pre shrink; indirect heating method is to use hot air, heat radiation, etc. for heating pre shrinking, the radiant heat of drying room, oven and infrared line can be used for thermal pre shrinkage.

The thermal shrinkage method is suitable for synthetic fiber fabrics with poor hygroscopicity. Because the fiber itself does not absorb water, various stresses and residual deformation in the fabric can not be eliminated, and the purpose of pre shrinking can not be achieved.

3. Steam pre shrinkage

Under the action of both wet and hot media, steam pre shrinkage can eliminate all kinds of stress and residual deformation existing in the fabric, and fully shrink the fabric. This method has better pre shrinkage effect, which is suitable for all kinds of high-grade clothing materials with high requirements and accessories with high shrinkage rate.

Generally speaking, some large-scale garment factories have gradually begun to use the pre shrinking machine for pre shrinking treatment. These are the three advanced pre shrinking methods, which have good effect and higher efficiency, save cost, and ensure the quality of products and delivery speed.
