The SFC system at the bottom is the system at the field operation level, mainly focusing on hardware and production site, while the MES system in the middle is an executive layer, which focuses on the combination of hardware and software, playing a connecting role. For the combination of MES and ERP system, an intelligent management system is formed. The lower two layers of MES and SFC constitute the intelligent production system. Intelligent management and intelligent production form the core part of intelligent manufacturing of printing and dyeing equipment.

ERP system has been popularized in China for many years, but many enterprises can not play its due role, mainly due to the lagging development of MES and SFC, or the lack of management system in some printing and dyeing equipment enterprises.
