Before starting up the pad dyeing machine, check whether the electrical equipment, transmission equipment and all safety protection devices are in good condition, and check whether the rolling car, clip, steamer, washing tank, cloth rack and transmission equipment gear are abnormal. If any problem is found, contact the workshop in time.

When the pad dyeing machine is started up, it should contact with the front and back before starting up. It must start from a low speed and slowly adjust to the speed required by the process. If the curling phenomenon is found, it is not allowed to strip at the roll inlet, but it needs to be corrected with bamboo clips.

When the pad dyeing machine is in operation, if you want to go to the roller stand beside the machine table, pay attention to whether there are oil stains and lye on the horizontal table, so as to prevent the feet from slipping after standing up and causing injuries. In addition, wear protective glasses when repairing concentrated and light alkali pumps, and check whether the liquid cork has been turned on when making alkali.

In case of alkali splashing on the eyes, wash them with plenty of water immediately, and then go to the clinic for treatment. At the same time, rubber gloves should be worn when the hands contact with concentrated alkali to prevent the skin from being corroded by concentrated alkali. When entering the steamer head to deal with the fault, first check whether the steel wire rope and chain on the iron cover of the steam box are reliable. When lifting the steam box cover, people should not stand under the cover to prevent accidents.

In addition, if a person deals with the fault in the hot washing tank of the mercerizing machine, his feet shall stand firm and shall not step on the guide roller, and the main power supply shall be cut off. Moreover, when the drying cylinder stops, turn off the water and turn on the steam return valve. The pressure of the water in the drying cylinder shall not exceed the red line.
