Three ways to check printing and dyeing equipment

With the rapid development of modern market, many enterprises choose printing and dyeing equipment in order to achieve more convenient, thus promoting the development of the whole dyeing and finishing industry. But the printing and dyeing equipment for the operators, in addition to the correct use of the equipment, but also before the use of the equipment safety inspection process, we can use these three ways to check the printing and dyeing equipment.

Equipment cover: screw off the filler cap and observe the bottom to see the traces of old oil and old oil. If there is a thick layer of dark emulsion at the bottom of the filler cap, water droplets mixed with oil, this is an abnormal phenomenon. It is possible that the cylinder head gasket, cylinder head and cylinder are damaged.

Tail gas: if the color of the exhaust gas is blue, it means that the valve oil seal has failed and the lubricating oil has entered the cylinder combustion chamber. Maybe the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall is too large; the piston ring is broken; because of the aging and damage of the seals and oil seals of the engine of printing and dyeing equipment, which leads to the leakage of lubricating oil.

Oil consumption of printing and dyeing equipment: if there is no problem with the filler cap, you need to find the dipstick and pull it out. Check the oil level. The oil level should be at the "full" and "full" positions. If the oil level is too low, the engine will be damaged due to poor lubrication. At the same time, the valve and cylinder head gasket of printing and dyeing equipment will be damaged. If there are corresponding conditions, you can check whether there is leakage causing damage to engine components.

When the printing and dyeing equipment is used for a period of time, it is found that the lubricating oil turns black, which is a normal phenomenon. When other colors appear, it is abnormal. If the color of lubricating oil changes to gray, white and milky white, it means that the lubricating oil is mixed with water, and in serious cases, the cooling system and combustion system of printing and dyeing equipment engine will leak.
